As a child, Johnny O was a natural at entertaining, singing and reciting lines from his favorite movies. He quickly found himself in plays at church and school. He was also a bit mischievous and spent a great deal of time on punishment stuck in his room. When asked about his days on "lock down" he simply thanks god for HBO. It was there that he was able to really study and learn about stand up comedy. In fact, his fascination with stand up comedy grew so strong that at 16 he begged his mother to let him try his hand at comedy. She told him that he needed to graduate college first. It was several years before Johnny would try his luck at stand up comedy. he was struggling working two jobs and trying to put himself through college. He wandered into a local comedy club on open mic night and hasn't looked back since.
Johnny has spent years honing his craft and entertaining the masses with his never disappointing, hilarious looks on life, love, people and his own experiences. Whether performing in a corporate setting, church organizations, or at bars and comedy clubs nationwide. Any and all that have seen his show say the same thing, "Why aren't you famous yet?"
